General Features

Every project on your Assets Management page has a feature “buyers and sellers” (just click on selected project and you’ll see it).
This table is divided into two parts: “Who wants to buy” and “Who wants to sell”. Below there is a list of current members placed their orders for this project’s shares. So there you could see a price offered per one share, quantity of shares to buy/sell, and a date of the order placing. This table also allows you to compare prices offered per a share by different members.

Placing an Order

Buying shares which are available on the stock
If you are interested in one of the Projects and you want to buy some its shares, click on the button “Invest Now” and you will see the following form.

There you’ll see forms to create “sell” or “buy” order.
In “buyers and sellers” tab there is information about those, who want to buy or sell these shares for the offered prices, and stock availability in general. You just need to indicate the number of shares that you want to purchase and your price per share, then click on the button “BUY”. A pop-up dialog appears to confirm that you really buy the chosen shares for the indicated price; there you can also see the total amount of money you are going to spend. To finish the process of your purchase click on the button “OK”.
If purchase is successful then order will be highlighted in green and the number of shares under the image of company will increase (of N shares).

Placing an order for shares which are not available in stock

If you want to buy shares that currently are not available in stock, your order will be listed in the table “Who wants to buy”. This order is considered to be “an active order”, but you can cancel it at any time by clicking on ‘red cross’ next to it.
As soon as the required shares become available in stock or some members decide to sell their shares for the price you’ve offered, the Uinvest Share Exchange Service will automatically bring the order into action, and you will see a list of bought shares in your stock , thus your order will be considered as “completed”.

Selling shares

If you decided to sell some shares of a certain project click on “INVEST NOW” button in a needed project, fill in the number of shares, price per share and press ‘Sell’.If you mark checkbox ‘allow partial filling’ then shares from your order can be sold separately.

When you press ‘Sell’ button, confirmation box will appear. To finish this process press ‘OK’.
If sell order has been placed successfully you will see the following message:
If there are purchase orders for these shares and you sell them at the same price, Uinvest Share Exchange Service will complete the order automatically and under the image of the company you will be able to see shares left after this order completion (of N shares). Thus, the order is considered as “completed”. If there are no purchase orders for the shares you sell or the price differs, then your order will be listed in the table “Who wants to sell shares”. This order is considered as “an active order”. You can cancel it at any time by clicking on “red cross” icon next to the order.
If you want to sell specified shares, press ‘INVEST NOW’ and ‘of N shares’ under the image of company. You will see the following box:
Here you can select specified shares to sell. Mark checkbox near the shares and press ‘OK’ button. No checkbox means that these shares are offered for sale but still are not bought. As soon as someone buys these
shares they will disappear from this table.
